Our shipping policy is guided by the principle that our product should reach its destination in such manner that the customer becomes happy and is willing to accept the delivery. And we leave no stone unturned to keep that tradition. While some of our competitors charge extra for oversized products, we do it for free, just to please our valued customers.

We avail the services of renowned carriers like USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. You can also check the status of your order by and track it by entering your order number and your destination zip code. While US orders are all processed from California, overseas sales are processed through our chain of foreign distributors who are located worldwide. All overseas orders are first dispatched direct to the distributors, who then service each client/customer.

Also, we urge you not to accept your order if you find a damage while receiving it. And if you have found out the damage after signing and accepting the shipment, please do call us immediately so that we may do the needful and send you a replacement.
