Easy Returns

We at Chevytruckcarcovers.com firmly believe that the customer has every right to return a product if it has failed to satisfy him or her.

However, we shall be happy to know the reasons behind the displeasure, so that we may become more cautious in the future. Needless to say, your money will be refunded immediately. In the event of your receiving a product other than what you had ordered for, we will either refund you the ordered amount or send you a replacement. In such cases, please ensure that the received product is send back to us adequately wrapped/packed so that it does not suffer damage in transit.

Also, in the unlikely event of a product found defective on receipt, we shall send you a replacement as soon as we receive your complaint/ demand. We urge you not to accept such orders. However, such cases are extremely rare as we have strict quality control at every stage of production. And if you have already accepted the order and notice the damage after this, you should inform this to us immediately.

You are also at liberty to cancel your prior order even after giving us instructions to complete the process of customizing it. If after canceling the previous order, you intend to customize another product, we will do so. However, in such occasions, you will need to bear the labor charges incurred in the previous order that was already been customized for you.
